Anthony has been an avid book lover since they were little. Their mother instilled their love for books, reading, and education. While they wish they had more time to read books as an adult, Anthony has always been a supporter of the arts in all mediums, including writing. In college, Anthony began to explore the power of writing and spoken word poetry as an outlet for channeling some of their struggles around identity and sense of belonging. Since then, Anthony has transitioned several careers but has always found the power of writing and language to be an invaluable tool for social change. Anthony currently works as a management consultant for Accenture and also serves as a board member for YTH, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health and increasing opportunities for youth, families and communities.
