Teen Writers Studio student, Lina, will be facilitating a mental health + writing workshop on Saturday, May 14th, 1-2.30pm at Sip of Hope. This workshop is open to young people ages 12-18 and is an excellent way for young people to use writing to engage with their emotions, work through challenges they are facing, and increase their self-esteem.

Known as one of the most fun galas in Chicago, Eat Your Words is an evening of impeccable food and music (because, Chicago), one-of-a-kind art by Chicago artists and inspired by student writing, interactive storytelling, and the unique opportunity for every guest to leave a published author.
